About Us

We have been serving the local community for over 28 years. 23 years from our studio in Culcheth, and then 5 years from our Tyldesley studio.

Why have you moved from a studio?

Both these premises are now closed and after the expiry of our Tyldesley studio lease, we have decided to work from our home location. So, after 28 years of you coming to our place - we now come to you. We feel that working from home allows us to give an even better service to you, the client - by not supporting a landlord (rent), a local council (rates), the power companies (heating & lighting) and, oh yes, the government (VAT on rent rates etc etc.) - through the prices that we charge to you.

Who takes the pictures?

Our photographer is Paul Whur (yes, that's him in the photo), a qualified member (LBIPP) of the prestigious 'British Institute of Professional Photographers'. Paul became a professional photographer in 1980 as a natural extension of his hobby, starting with a colleague's wedding and, as they say, the rest is history. Now with greyer hair, more wrinkles, and a wealth of experience, he says, "I keep thinking that I've seen it all. and then the next job comes along and I find out that I haven't".

What do you do?

We are available for Weddings, Portraits, Legal and many other types of photography - just ask.
