Everyone needs a little extra, as the advertising for the well-known bank used to go. So when you need that little extra to help your case, whether you are a solicitor acting for a client, or acting for yourself (defendant or plaintiff) we can help you with photographic evidence.
We have been helping solicitors, the police and independent clients for over 28 years. Everything from stab wounds, bruising, operation scars, assault, dog bites, injuries at work to problems with buildings. If you have had an accident, injury, are claiming compensation, have a claim against you or are making an insurance claim, if photographs can help your case, then we can help you.
A photographic session at your home or solicitor's office, consisting of a sitting where up to 12 photographs will be taken is suitable for most clients. The sitting usually takes approximately half an hour. From each photograph, we will provide a print to the size requested. In view of the short time-scale for most claims, these prints are produced on our high quality proof printer, but traditional photographic prints will be produced if you have the time. While the quality of prints from this service is high, it may not be as high, or as consistent, as the prints supplied from our normal portrait service (for details of this and other services please click on our portrait link). They above all are supplied on a time basis and are supplied unmounted. Your work should be ready for delivery within three working days or less. If quality is paramount, please use our 'standard' portrait service.
All photographs for legal work are individually endorsed and certified on the back that 'they are a true representation of the injury and that the photograph has not been retouched in any way'. All negatives/digital files are stored indefinitely. Should these need to be submitted as evidence a deposit will be required (payable in advance) pending their return in a useable condition.
We charge a flat fee for this service of £55.00. This includes photographs, travel to your location and delivery.
